Terms & Conditions

The workshop is operated by Epicapture Asia Services (CA0422548-K), 17, Jalan Delima 10, Taman Indah, 70400 Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Epicapture Asia Services ("Epicapture Asia"). "You" means the person who books, and the named participant where that is a different person.

Epicapture Asia runs a 2-hour career awareness and enablement workshop on IT, AI and cybersecurity. The workshop is fully online. There is no in-person session and no physical venue. The fee shown on the booking page applies to one named participant for one session.

The workshop is only a career awareness and enablement session. It is not a course, a qualification, an accredited programme, a recruitment service, a placement service, or professional consultancy. It does not create a student, client, or employment relationship with Epicapture Asia or with any speaker.

Epicapture Asia does not provide, and you have no right to receive, any of the following:

• a certificate of attendance, completion, participation, or competency
• an endorsement, accreditation, transcript, credit, or professional recognition
• a job offer, interview, internship, referral, or introduction to an employer
• admission to any course, institution, or programme

Attendance does not mean that Epicapture Asia, any speaker, any employer, any university, or any professional body has assessed, approved, or endorsed you. Mention of a company, tool, or institution during the session does not create an affiliation with it. The workshop does not guarantee a job, an interview, a salary, a promotion, admission to study, or any other career or education outcome.

Seats are limited. Each checkout is for one named participant and one seat. When you continue to payment we hold that seat for a short time, shown on the checkout page. The booking is confirmed only after SenangPay confirms a successful payment. You will then receive a confirmation email with your booking reference and receipt. If payment fails or the hold runs out, the seat is released and you have no booking.

The person named on the booking is the only person who may attend. The booking is personal. You may not transfer it, resell it, or share it. A request to move the seat to another person or another date does not change this.

Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The price shown at checkout is the full amount you pay Epicapture Asia for that seat. Epicapture Asia does not add a separate service fee at payment. If a tax must be charged by law, it is shown before you pay. You pay through SenangPay. Your bank or card issuer may charge its own fees. Those fees are not part of our price and are not refundable by us.

The session is delivered only online, on a channel Epicapture Asia approves. That channel may be Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or any other channel Epicapture Asia names. Epicapture Asia chooses the channel, the joining link, and the time the link is sent. Epicapture Asia may change the channel or the joining link before the session, including a change from Teams to Zoom or to another approved channel.

A change of channel, joining link, speaker, or content, or a change of start time on the same day, is not a cancellation. Those changes do not entitle you to a refund. If Epicapture Asia cancels the session, does not conduct it, or moves it to another date, the Cancellation & Refund Policy applies.

Epicapture Asia does not record the session for you and does not provide a replay, a recording, or a copy of the slides after the session. Materials, if any are shared, are provided at Epicapture Asia's discretion for your own learning. They are not part of the fee as a separate product.

You are responsible for everything you need in order to join and stay in the session, including:

• a working device, a current browser or app, and a stable internet connection
• any account the approved channel requires, such as a Microsoft Teams or Zoom account
• checking the email address you gave us, including the junk folder, for the joining instructions
• joining on time and remaining for the whole session

Epicapture Asia is not responsible if you cannot join, or can join only in part, because of your device, software, account, firewall, power, location, or internet connection, or because you missed the email. Arriving late, leaving early, or failing to join does not extend the session and does not create a refund. An outage or limit of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or another third-party channel is outside your control and ours. If that outage means Epicapture Asia does not conduct the session, the refund policy applies. If Epicapture Asia still conducts the session, including on another approved channel, the fee stands.

The workshop is for Form 5 students and SPM leavers, Diploma graduates, and Degree graduates. If the participant is under 18, a parent or guardian must consent to attendance and to the processing of the participant's personal data, and you must give that parent or guardian's name and mobile number at booking. The person who books warrants that they have authority to give that consent and that the details are accurate.

You will not disrupt the session, harass anyone, share unlawful or offensive material, share the joining link or dial-in details, let anyone else attend on your booking, or record, screenshot for redistribution, stream, or republish any part of the session.

Epicapture Asia may refuse a booking, refuse entry, or remove a participant, without refund, where details are false, a required parent or guardian consent is missing, a payment is fraudulent or charged back, or anyone disrupts the session, behaves unsafely, or breaches these terms. Epicapture Asia may also refuse future bookings from that person.

The fee is not refundable except where the Cancellation & Refund Policy says it is. You should read that policy before you pay. In short: Epicapture Asia refunds the fee only if Epicapture Asia cancels the session or does not conduct it. Your own cancellation, non-attendance, late arrival, or connection problem is not a ground for a refund.

The workshop name, content, slides, examples, exercises, and any materials belong to Epicapture Asia or its speakers and licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use what is shown to you for your own private learning. You may not copy, record, reproduce, distribute, publish, perform, resell, sublicense, or create a derivative work from any of it, and you may not use it to train a machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model, unless Epicapture Asia has agreed in writing.

The joining link is confidential to the named participant. You will not post it publicly or forward it. Feedback you choose to send us may be used by Epicapture Asia to run and improve the workshop, without identifying you in public material unless you agree.

Speakers share general career information. It is not legal, financial, technical, security, immigration, or career advice for your situation, and it is not a recommendation to buy any product or to take any particular job or course. You remain responsible for your own decisions. Views expressed by a speaker are general comments for the session. They are not a promise by Epicapture Asia.

To the extent Malaysian law allows, Epicapture Asia and its speakers are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of opportunity, income, profit, data, goodwill, or a job or place of study, arising out of the workshop or a booking.

To the extent Malaysian law allows a limit, the total liability of Epicapture Asia for all claims relating to one booking is limited to the fee you paid for that booking.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that Malaysian law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

You will indemnify Epicapture Asia and its speakers and staff against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your conduct in or around the session, your misuse of the content or the joining link, a chargeback or payment dispute that is not a refund under our refund policy, or your breach of these terms. If you booked for a participant under 18, this includes a claim that the parent or guardian consent you confirmed was missing or untrue.

Epicapture Asia is not liable for delay or failure caused by something beyond its reasonable control, including failure of a third-party online platform, power or network failure, act of government, or other force majeure. If that event means the session is not conducted, Epicapture Asia may cancel it, and the Cancellation & Refund Policy then applies. You are not entitled to any further sum, including compensation for your time or for costs you incurred to attend.

Epicapture Asia may update these terms, the refund policy, or the privacy policy for future bookings. The version in force when you pay applies to that booking, except where a change is required by law. The date at the top of each page is the date of the current version.

These terms, together with the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement for your booking. If a court holds that part of them is unenforceable, the rest continues. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your booking. Epicapture Asia may use staff and speakers to deliver the session.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction.
